Refund policy

We are willing to accept returns and exchanges on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please return it in its original packaging and follow our return policy.

Eligible Products：
1. In the same condition you received them(unaltered, unworn, undamaged)
2. Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
3. The products are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
4. We do not accept products that do not meet the requirements. Even if received, we will not process your refund.

Exchange Policy：
1. If you want to exchange the order, please contact us by email yuhai@ahorient.com. We will tell you how to do it in detail.
2. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy:
1. Refunds are processed 1 to 3 business days after your return has been received.
2. Refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order.
3. All refunds are free of restocking fees, but express shipping costs, international shipping costs and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Cancel Policy:
1. You can cancel / change your order within 2 hours of payment.
2. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you don't want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.

Return Process:
Please contact us before sending your return as the return address may be different from your order's original shipping address. Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund for items returned without contacting us.

E-mail us at yuhai@ahorient.com, let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your items back.

Note: Be sure to tell us the tracking number when you return it.
